Good Mower For Start-up?

I'm Starting up a lawn maintenance company this next season. So I'm slowly buying equipment so I'll be good to go. Would this be a decent mower for my larger mower (mind you i'm only doing residential lawns). A Ferris 32 hydro-drive (slightly used, never on commercial) with a sulky for $1400. I would really appreciate any input on this. Just been reading through the forums and see there are a lot of experienced guys on here.

That would be a great unit, Especially at that price- You will love the hydro vs. belt drive.
