Yeah I'm trying to sell, I had good use for it last year when I had several acres of vacant lots and some apartments, but now has become an expensive back up machine. I'm really wanting to add another walkbehind to what I already have.

Really want to sale this thing, am I way off on price seems to be resonable considereing low hours and cost for a new one.

I don't think that the price is that far off, but for the time of year, and the uncertainty in the economy keeps me from buying.
