Need help with New mower

Hey guys, We are looking to get a new mower and have gotten down to two to pick from. The 54" Cub with a Koler motor or a 52" Toro with Kaw motor. I know the in's and out's of both. I would like to get some feed back from yall as to which way to go.

I am really a newbie, don't have nothing bigger then a 22" push mower, but remember some comments against Toro in this site, something about not a even cut, and heard more UP's from Cub Cadet then the Toro...............is all I can say, I am sure someone that has or had both can give you more info.....................
