Help finding plants & nurseries for a project
I've been doing maintenance for a few years now but I am just getting started in doing landscape installation. I came up with a basic design for a customer but now I don't know where to find the plants to buy. I picked the plants out of a South Florida Landscaping book.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks |

Plantfinder puts out a magazine every month. It is a bit expensive to subscribe though. I think up north the sister publication is plantlocator. I got a flyer in the mail some time back for a new website to find plants and it's all I use now. Best thing about it is that it's free. Check it out at www.plantant.com, maybe it will help you.

Check the internet for the old Skinner's Nurseries, now called Schemen or something similar. Wholesale only and no private party selling, good prices and decent plant availability.
