Generating revenue during drought?

We've had a pretty rough time with drought recently, here in southern Wisconsin. Almost all mowings have been on hold for a good month or so. Chemical applications are also on hold until we get some rain.

I've been trying to get caught up on office work over this period, but I was wondering what everyone else is doing right now to replace lost revenue. I've been considering going door-to-door to sell pruning or landscape installation services. I am looking for ideas, though. What are my fellow-Midwestern lawn/landscape guys doing right now?
