You have any openings next year? LOL Long commute for me, but I admire the way you treat your guys. Of course, it's hard to tell from a video, but I'll take the chance in saying if you made a video of your guys with their names and nicknames, you're pretty proud of them.

93 Chevy...Yea i know it's hard to tell from a video...the guys know how I feel about my name as well as our production...and it shows....they all are "Rings" to me..It aint cuz were from MN(minnesota nice)I've always been straight up honest with them all, and asked them if they're ready for the long haul?....all day they know I'm plugging our biz(fliers, networking, marketing etc.) in hopes that these guys will be in a position of management one day...so they're bustin their butt's everyday towards that goal..
