I have one is 100 acres one week and 60 acres the next with extra mowing playing fields gets mowed twice a week 4 fields
I run 3 man crew and we can mow everything in 4 days depending on weather
If cant then I'll run 2 crews 3 man and a 2 man put 5 mower on the ground
Last yr was same amount lawns lost a few drop a few but gained a few so Back at 74 per week and 1 bi weekly
Looking into next year adding 30% more

That's a load for 2 crews. How many days does it take to complete each week?

4.5 days and 90 % of my accounts are real close. Some subdivsions we have 30 to 40 houses in.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with a significant percentage of biweeklys. I hate them but they tend not to be picky and do pay.

im right at 21 residential accounts now, and I opened in april of 2011. I have about 6 bi weeklys and 15 every weeks. had I decided to lower my price to what most other landscapers are charging I would have had another 4 maybe 5 weekly accounts, but I chose not to in the spring. next spring im thinking i might get in check with the other guys pricing for lawns, so at least ill have 3-4 days of work.
