Picked up my new SV300 today

I spent the day in my new SV300, and I like it. I had to program the EH to my preferences, but once that was done it was running just the way I like it (EH set on H on every setting). It has the 14" tires on it, and it will flat move material, very impressed. Power is outstanding. It regened twice in the first hour and then never again. I was running the throttle at 80% and manually footing the last 20%. I was running my high capacity 84" bucket and the machine was able to breakout the material very easily. The high bucket breakout that is advertised is for real.

I am trading in a CASE 465. They are both on this job, but the 465 will be gone, it has been a good machine, but this one is about 100 times more comfortable to run.

It is actually pretty good overall. The site lines behind the machine are real good. The visibility to the 5 and 7 O clock when the arms are up higher is limited but if you keep the loader arms low during transport it is good.

The mfg's seem to have gotten the dpf on these machines figured out by now. I've only noticed my 299 regen twice, once was a colder morning while it was idling. They seem to clean themselves out fairly well during regular working. I run between 50-80% throttle and its more than enough for almost everything.

How come you didn't go with a dedicated track machine? Do you still have your vts on another?
