I am running all three zones at the same time from the pump, the gage is showing about 33psi so I think pressure regulator is useless…

Unless you.have beach sand for soil, you will get little benefit from heads with stainless steel risers. They are not one tiny bit more rugged than their plastic equivalents.

20 foot square spacing is not all that far from what was done with spray heads in the olden days. Ever consider not using rotors at all?
