35, at the head, maybe close... Do it right and run one zone at a time or get a booster pump or better pump than what you have. Maxipaws would do fine at 30 psi, like Boots said.

Ok , ya wanted advice , here goes. You may not like , you may not use it and other will certainly disagree with some of it, but its worth every penny your paying.
1, Get that 20 ft number out of your head , has no use in this application. 2, Buy 7 pgp,s or 5004,s . 3, KISS , yes that is what it means , your not building the space shuttle or curing cancer , your watering the damn lawn. 4, Find out why you only have 30 psi and do all possible to increase it. 5, Stop telling people you are broke because you give your money away, they will confuse you with the US gvmt.

Actually, 7 maxipaw heads wouldn't be completely off the charts for a 60 x 40 lawn. Used in a 2 by 3 by 2 arrangement, there would be plenty of overlap. Not to the aesthetics of head-to-head spacing, but the grass won't know or care.

I know exactly what you are suggesting. The area is 60 x 40 .... so if even if we throw getting decent DU out the window (which you are), can't be done with 7 sprinklers without losing head to head and/or massive amounts of over spray ... which everyone knows is OK with boots.
