Question on operation of Xmart 36" Mower

Purchased a used 36" Xmart mower. When making turns at end of rows, one wheel will dig into ground{does not move}, very noticable on wet lawns. Suggestiong please on what I am doing wrong, mower is great, but next year I will get mulch kit, do not like to bag, TX

What kind of Xmart (sic) mower is it? Gear drive or hydro?

Just so I know, does it say Xmart or Exmark on the mower?

Belt driven Exmark

Belt drive does not reverse the wheel like a hyrdo. Just muscle it back so it doesn't pivot in one spot.
