Why does the irrigation forum not show up unless I hit "refresh"

I'm using IE 8, and the first time I get on Lawnsite the irrigation forum, hardscaping forum, pond design forums, don't appear on the page until I hit refresh. I've tried clearing my cache and it didn't help.

Anyone else have that problem?

you need to either enter the Design-BuildSite community (by clicking on the logo) or you can choose the drop down arrows beside it and it will appear

Didn't see any drop down arrows, but clicking the design-build logo worked. Strange that hitting refresh makes it work the old way.
