Relocating Business from South Fl to NJ

I have decided to relocate my business from florida to NJ mainly bc of a divorce . I was in business for 15 yrs in Fl but I am returning home to NJ to be close to the older folks. Prices are so much different here. Down in florida full svc is aprox $80-$100 bucks per month and after Hurricane Jean and Francis no one wanted to sign any contracts. I was ok with that as long as services were prepaid which worked out well. Im preparing now for the spring season and wondering about the prices here for monthly services and any other help you can offer or suggest to me. I appreciate any feed back in advance.

Bill
