guy wants to barter a boat

he said he has a 1997 mystic....vive river i dont remember what it was exactly.

but he said it had a 40 hp johnson with about 10 hrs on it and he just wants to get rid of it so he doesnt have to pay storage any more.

he said he wants only $1500 just to get rid of it.

should i look more into this?

well i mentioned i might want to barter on something else and he brought up that he had this boat he wants to dump
