My New 30' X 45 Shop Building
Here are some pics of the shop behind my house. If you need a metal building in central Texas I can give you the info for the builder. This shop has four skylights, insulated walls and roof, as well as gutters. I have had electrical work done since the pics were taken as well as a garage door opener. A 20' is too much of a hassle to mess with by hand.
Now I have to get started on the inside. The building was $22K, slab $6.5K (52 yards of concrete $3K & $2K in rebar), and electrical was $2500. Now I need to bring in a bunch of crushed rock for parking my 22' triple axle gooseneck (weighs 5900 lbs empty!), 16' bumper pull, 12' bumper pull, and 16' enclosed trailers.
