I'm not sure what that hose is to be honest. Best guess would be to call a local farm supply company or a John Deere dealer and see what they use for their grain chutes or combines. The stuff I have is very similar to that. It's smooth on the inside corrugated on the outside.

ADS pipe makes a drain pipe that has a smooth inside wall and corrugated on the outside.

That's the same dimensions as mine, just I went with wood cus I'm cheap. She's like a brick in the wind though isn't it! Looks really good and will last you alot of years.
