Z4235 PTO clutch rattle

My Z4235 with a 22hp Kawasaki engine PTO clutch has increasingly began to rattle. The machine has 14.5 hours on it since new. It there a way to shim the PTO cluch or otherwise stop the rattle? Moreover, how can I get my hands on a service manual for my mower? Thanks?

Eric

EricThe Orcale - Thank you contacting Toro with your concern of the clutch noise. Please check to assure the Bumper Pad is on the clutch stop bracket. The bumper pad prevents metal on metal contact from clutch and stop clutch. If the bumper pad is missing a new one can be obtained and best to use an epoxy on the pad to assure it stays on the clutch stop.

EricThe Oracle -

There is not a specific service manual available for this z mower. There are service manuals for the Hydraulics and a quality of cut.

However, there is an owners manual manual for this specific model number.

http://www.toro.com/home/index.html
Click on Owner’s Manuals under Customer Care and enter his model number to download a OM.
