Custom Leaf Plow

I just finished my custom leaf plow. I designed it myself, laser cut all the parts, brake formed the few parts that needed formed and had it all welded at my place of employment. The mower mount and lifting mechanism is all made from 304 SS. The plow is all made from aluminum. I weighed it afterwords without the mount and lifting mechanism, it weight was 78 lbs.
I believe this will help me out quite a bit here in the next 5 weeks or so.

Yes in picture 2 they are. I covered up my neighbors garage.

OK nice plow. is that SS or Aluminum? I already use my exmark w/ just the deck to plow leaves...that think would shove some serious leaves!

Have you tried mulching leaves with the ztr ? do you like bagging them better and why ? sorry its a little off topic. Nice plow !

All of my customers have city pickup so I always bag and empty at curb. I do have some customers with a wooded area to push and dump to but most leaves go to cub. The plow will help me from having to empty so often.

My employee used to do lawn care in NJ. He said some places further north actually collect the leaves at the curb like you are saying. We either have to bag or mulch all the leaves now. In town the city will pick up the bags like the normal trash. Last one we did was 65 bags
