Why limit the size of the lot to 5 acres?

Anything around here larger is usually mowed every other year with a brush hog, which my machine cant do. I can take out 4 foot high johnson grass, but no saplings. I advertise this to seperate myself from the tractor work, seems to work. Before I did this I would get calls about 80 acres, which would take me a week and not pay much if you consider time.

Oh, well that makes sense. I was thinking of 5+ acres of nice grass that gets mowed weekley. That mower could take on those nicer lots. And yeah, no sense getting calls for tractor work. I do think that you have a nice setup even for a part timer.
