I'm sure there are many places that will do this custom online...can you even buy pistons for that engine?

Have not looked recently but the first i done was in late 08 and it's still kicking, hours on the 20+ done since 2008 range from 1900hrs to 4000+ hrs...they usually put between 500-800hrs a year on each machine est. honestly they would have lasted much longer if the managment had not cut back hours, hours that were used for weekly pressure washing of the machines. Most of the equipment that came in with leaks, smoking, dead cylinders, worn upper bushings had been coated in a muck of dust and oil.
I have sent a detailed email to management with pictures of what is going on when not washing there machines and they still refuse to make the necesarry change.

i'm in the middle of freshening up a fh500v right now...is 8 or 9 foot pounds too much for the connecting rod ends?
