The new Doosan is purdy! Good to see it nice and dirty!

Digging out for a 23' tall boulder wall is interesting with 2 16-18 ton excavators. I made 2 shelves to sit on and had to swing dirt up to the other machine and then back again.

















I really like the new machine. I thought the 48" bucket would be a little big for it but it only weighs 120lbs more than the 42" and that bucket seemed way too small. It handles the 48" bucket with ease even heaped with heavy clay, with the wider undercarriage of the 180 the machine is so stable.

A lot of things.

I demo'd a Brand new Case CX160B and this Doosan just outperformed that machine in every single way. We deal a lot with Lano and they also ended up beating the other machines we were pricing out by five figures.

I was hesitant about the Doosan at first but I spent nearly 20 hours in a demo just like this one and it was awesome.

Doesn't seem like we could go wrong.

Got rained out yesterday and it was too muddy there today to get sand trucks in there.

Ended up doing some brush clearing on a property we are punching a driveway in on, installing a culvert and boulder wall on as well as clearing some trees.

Had about an inch to spare on the deck of the trailer with the Vernig 60" Brush cutting deck, T750 and bucket. Pulled great though and was only 7 miles from the shop.

They are somewhat like MTR's.

The mower isn't ours, just grabbed it for the morning. Thinking about getting one though. Would be nice to just send a guy out to clear brush if needed here and there. Not sure how it would really pay for itself though, we aren't really focused/specialized in land clearing but it does come up every once and awhile... unlike our Towtem which I use everyday and it pays for itself over and over again. Easy choice to make.

I cut it all down so I could get a better look at the lot and see what needs moving where for when I put the road in.

Sorry for the little amount of posting. Been very busy the last couple weeks with a pretty large wall.

25 feet wall at highest point

Boulder truck.... 600hp sure does sound sexy. I wear ear-bud headphones and listen to music and can hear him driving in off the main road which is easily a 1/4 mile away.
