I got the tickets on their website and booked the room there as well, I ended up staying at Excalibur, not my first choice but for the money it wasn't bad and it's on the strip. I can't pay $400 a night for a room just to sleep and shower in.

I was in Vegas last week, we stayed at the Aria resort. It opened in 2009 and is a 5 star hotel. For $109 per night it was a deal.

Iím planning on attending the show with some buddies that are in the business. Should be good times.

I will be staying at the Tuscany. We stayed there last time as well, rooms are very large, not as crazy as the big casinos. The last 4 previous Con Expos we had gone with an excavator buddy and his wife. We had some great times, the guy was a total wild man. It was his idea to do the copter tour of the Grand Canyon. He got killed this Spring in an avalanche while riding snowmobile. So this will be the first ConExpo without my usual sidekick. Bummer.

Sorry to hear it, Shane. My condolences.

I'm thinking about going, too, but haven't fully decided. Need to act soon, though...

I appreciate the condolences guys. The last couple months things got bad. His passing was a good thing.

Tiger, you need to come to Vegas, we did not have a lot of time to BS last time.
