Every year, good ole Dr. Gray predicts the number and severity of hurricanes, and every year he revises his prediction halfway through the season.

And every year he's way off the mark.

The scientist who authored that report probably went to the same School of Guessing that gave Doc Gray his credentials.

So now we're globally warming AND drying? Looks like job security to me!

In 20-30 years they are expecting a drought map that looks like this. I suggest we do nothing but be good stewards and see how accurate they are. Somehow I suspect this will be turned into a govt money grab though.

Great book, Franks son got on the bandwagon after his death and wrecked the whole thing. I was asked to install irrigation for him and his lovely (shrew) wife, as soon as I realized who he was, up the driveway I went. Last I heard, he pimped the next contractor. Not exactly "like father, like son" stuff.

Read the first book.
Have the first movie DVD and the Sci-fi channel version of the first book.
Excellent stuff.
