I've seen that video! My brother in law uses high speed video cameras to shoot lightning up in South Dakota for research purposes. He's shot video of all kinds of other things like this that look cool when played back. It's amazing what you can see when you shoot things at 120 frames per second.

Other than than the latest thing with Juan Williams NPR is very fair and balanced and offers many points of view. Even if they lean to the left they have people on their programs that represent the right or any other pointnof view

I call it lpr down here for liberal public radio, that said I love the stories on there and who doesn't like a prairie home companion. I do wish they'd just start doing adds like everyone else because the funding drives suck and as many "sponsored by a gift from xyz Corp" plugs they do they might as well have crazy pete's Kia commercial as well.
