Rather Funny I think
So back in May/June we hired this guy from colorado. We hired him on before he officially moved over here. Him and his wife moved here into her parents house, they then bought a house. They have 1 kid and after a few months they find out she's pregnant again.
He didn't get along with one of our foremans so my boss kept them seperated. He also had a very hard time following / taking orders because he wasn't used to a crew position. In August we slowed down quite a bit, foreman's doing 4 days and crew doing 3 days a week. This guy was pissed because of the lack of hours. So what do you do? Apparently you go behind your companies back and start your own business. He came in one day ' forgetting' his magnet stickers on his truck of his companies name, The foreman that didn't like him told our boss and then our boss let him go. This happened a month ago or so.. Sadly or reality that is how most businesses start. If employees didn't get frustrated or ambitious we'd have a very stagnant economy. look at it from his point of view. A wife, two kids, home........ya gotta do what ya gotta do as a man for those depending on you. At least you aren't reading about him selling meth or robbing a store.

Cool!
It says here, "Irrigation Unlimited is one of Washington's area leaders in the installation, service and repair of sprinkler irrigation systems." They must be good to become one of the, "Washington's area leaders", in just a couple of months.  Yet they still don't know how to spell - Smohomish?  Mick

You can always tell a rookie, he misspelled "Snohomish" on his home page. What a crock, at least he stayed on that side of the pond! I've had a couple of my ex employees try to make a run at me; failed within a couple of months. What do you figure, had to borrow money from Mom & Dad to build that website?
