Can't really say 1975 was a cut off date, since the music evolved into RAP, which I declare as the day music died.

Re. the Poly though, if a house down here has been built prior to 1975 chances of finding Poly is far greater that those built after.

I find these mostly East of "Dixie Highway" prior to the great Westen expansion that ultimately laid waste to huge tracts of natural wetlands out by the everglades.
