Not a big fan of this controller, and not a fan of an indoor model being on an exterior wall. But hey, at least when they put the shed in front of it, they cut an access panel for it.

Oh "updated" yeah.... that's where Toro molds the case in a different color, changes the faceplate sticker and then spends tens of thousands of dollars advertising and promoting their "updated" controller!!

Pretty much. They did get rid of the backup battery for flash memory. And some tiny programming tweaks. But still a turd for the most part. I'll take an Esp anyday over it. But still better than the TMC 424. Maybe the worst controller I've used. Of the "modern" controllers at least.

I wish I'd bought stock, I'd maybe feel better. Look at all the little quality companies they've bought and run them into the ground!
