But someone installed the point of connection for the irrigation system off the ' Drain Blow out' for the indoor fire sprinkler system. Then they disconnected the flow sensor wires so the fire department doesn't come rushing out

I told the HO about it and he says ' oh well'

How do they get constant pressure from a 'Drain Blow out'?

An isolation valve .
There is a shut off prior to this otherwise it wouldn't be able to drain
