Yea I could easily solve the slippry problem, but then there is the whole problem with water getting under the liner.

I had the line-x on my old truck for 4 years and never had an issue with puncturing it with a shovel or pitch-fork. When I sold the truck it was still in great shape and had plenty of life left in it. You can always get the line-x touched up if something does happen to it too.
