How much time should this job take?

I'm bidding on a lawn repair which will require soil amendment, shady grass seed and rototilling the compost into the existing soil then spreading the seed.

The job is 1,850 square feet so I'm getting 6 cubic yards of compost and 10 pounds of grass seed. Materials cost will be around $200 including delivery.

I have two Shindaiwa Mulyi-tools with the cultivator attachments so I was thinking of hiring two laborers at $13/hour to do this job.

How much time do you guys think it will take two guys to knock this job out? The soil is loose already from a recent utility job.

I did one last fall about half that size but used new soil not compost.

I think it came in around $650-$800 but thats off the top of my head.

Are you sure you have enough seed for that area?
