Way to secure enormous stones?

Just wondering if any iof you take extra measures to secure very heavy stones as to make sure they won't shift or settle in 5-15 years.

If you are speaking of large boulders, they should be partially buried. At least 1/3 of the boulder should be below the soil surface. This stabilizes the boulder and imparts the natural look that you want. In nature, it is hard to find a boulder that is not partially buried.
