Mowing a parking lot with grass islands w curb

Never mowed a parking lot with grass islands in the center. Do you guys just lift up the deck and driver over the curb? Do you drive over forward or backward on the curb? Have a parking lot I need to start doing. Any fedback would be great

I usually just back over curbs depending on how high they are.

I'd use a trim mower on them tiny butt islands, no sense wasting all that energy getting a big bad Wb up on there.

Now if it's a bigger area...
With a Wb you first DISENGAGE THE BLADES!!!
Then pop a wheelie and drive it forward deck up until your back wheels touch the curb.
Now lower it, doing this will put the deck flat on the island and in turn raise your back wheels.
Then get up under the handlebars and push UP and FORWARD (no power).

Once you get it down it doesn't take much but that one push will wear you out
after a dozen or so curb mounts, so I'd as soon take a 21" where you can.

Someone one here had small lightweight ramps they used. It was in a pic they had posted. I believe it was a Ferris wb they had. You could probably put them between your feet if you use a sullky. i would be a pain but may be easier on your equipment rather then driving over the curb. just a thought.

Any Z will ride right up a curb, the big ones with out a tire slipping. There's a trick to it, its all about approach angles.

How big are these islands? Why not use a smaller mower like a 21 inch?

This is one route for jumping. I could jump with this hydro but it puts a little strain on me to lift the front. And I found this wood along the road at one site so I cut notch and it stays on the mower real well. We weed eat most of these usually. I do have one of the plastic ramps for my walker but those cost over $100.
