Any Mac users out there??

I just switched over to a Mac this week. Yes this thing is as awesome as everyone says they are. Bad part is I don't have any of my templates moved over yet. Does any Mac user out there use I Pages to make flyers or anything? I am looking for a spring clean up flyer.

Any help would be great thanks.
