Bobcat 943 Wont Move??? Help Please

I have a chance to buy a early to mid 90s Bobcat 943 for $4000.00.
The guy tells me he replaced about 2" hydo lines on the machine because they were leakin. But now the machine will not move forward or reverse. But runs fine and bucket works fine, im going to look at machine tomorrow and i wanted to know if there is something i should look for? I never had one before and any info would be helpful. Also the machine was working 100% before the hydro lines were changed. Thanks
