Your Thoughts on what I should charge

I am looking for to offer a winter clean up package for my customers and potiential customers. Leaf clean up, gutter clean out (one story only), and possibly Power washing the dirt of the house. Most yards in the nieghbohood are 3000sqft to 4500 sqft with large live oaks,pecan, or Magnolia trees. My thoughts are to have a one time fee, but offer a discount if they will sign up for one year of service with me. is this a good idea to get long term customers and our name out there?

Just do a one time fee. and DO NOT offer Powerwashing.

this is an area That I garentee, you dont know what your doing.

I'm not trying to slam you. But it will open up a can of worms. and they will use you for fish bait.
