Ya I never understood the "replace everything so it wears together philosophy". Is that really necessary? Its not like rollers running in a rubber track is a precision type requirement. I agree to replace as the parts fail. No doubt if you have the money (like who is that any more) if your pulling the machine off line and your replacing the tracks you might as well replace everything and not have to tear it down again. However I think most contractors have found that they have more time than money.
