I have been viewing this site for some time. Very informative and educational. Alot of experience out there. I started part time in 2001 and went full time a few years ago. Started wit about 10 residential accts and 2 Comm. accts. worked up to 12 comm. accts and few residentials. We do alot ot Townhomes/ Condos/Apartments and do well because several businesses have tired of having to call someone back, problems, etc. Started by buying a trailer load of old riding mowers (4) from a gentleman cleaning out his barn, got 2 of them running and have been upgrading ever since. Now run 2 Cub Tanks, Cub walkbehind, several trailers and just purchased a dump trailer. Thanks for all your help and advice. Hope I can contribute
