Bobcat 2410 Loader
Here are some pictures of our 1991 Bobcat 2410 articulated front end loader. It is still a very reliable machine today. We now only use it as our yard machine and I plow with it in the winter. We use it with a one yard heavy material bucket and a 2 yard light material bucket.
To this day I have never seen another Bobcat 2410. I have seen some of the smaller loaders Bobcat used to make. I know we have the only 2410 in New Hampshire. I was wondering if anyone has operated one or even seen one in recent years. And if you have pictures please post! Also here are a few videos of me operating it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGbcoMiuSjA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENfvMpTdZzQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbDqm8AMH9g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRCcE6wIlJM

Those were way ahead of those times back then, but it was a failed idea, now look at the compact articulated loader markets.

I'm betting that loader still lasts longer then a new Cat 908 :/. The boom control reminds me of trojan controls.

A landscaper here in Ct has the same era machine. He uses it to move snow in my area at a few places. I always thought they were great little machines.

Haha yea, the original handle broke so we put that on. I think it was a old sawzall handle or something. It works just the same!

Pound for Pound I bet that old dog would out lift a current wheelloader in its class. You better sell it while its worth something. Parts are getting harder to find.

There is one here owned by the Mormon Church. Looks like brand new. They have the CASE dealer work on it. Saw it in the shop one day.
As far as selling one, I think they are already worthless. They were ahead of the market though by about 15 years give or take. Timing is sometimes as important as the product. |
