Opinions on this machine

Looking for either a good sized tlb for landscape applications or a skidsteer. Toss up between picking up a new or near new Kubota l45 or JD 110 tlb, or a used skidsteer and used mini-ex.

Came across this on ebay. Seems like an ok deal but.

50% tipping load specs are very important when purchasing a skid. What are your expectations from the machine...pallets of sod...retaining wall block.....pavers?

The TBL route is the best "value" route. For me and what we use our machines for the two machine combination works very well......skid & mini ex.

More to maintain but more output of work and diversity.....
