Rebuilding Toro Multi Pro need help

Hello

The local commercial Toro Dealer wants $ 270 for a $ 30 brake cylinder for my Multi Pro 1100

The Bendex part number is D3203010 and the Toro part Number is 40462X249530. Upon contacting Bendex they tell me Toro has a captive on the part and I can only buy it from Toro. The Toro Parts guy was ashamed of the price and suggested I contact NAPA, which I have working on it now.

Since this is a Golf Course or Sport Field type Machine I am hopping someone here might have a better suggestion
