Buying used walk behind, toro or exmark?

I looking to purchase a used 48" walk behind, either toro or exmark. This will be my first walkbehind, should I go with the t-bar syle controls thats on the toro or ecs controls thats on exmarks?

They are a very similar mower, Exmark is actually owned by Toro

The handle styles come down to personal preference. I personally like the exmark ECS controls better so thats what I use, but I have buddies who mow with Toros because they like that handle design better.

Try out a few and see which ones feel better in your hands

I vote for the esc handles, but I know a lot of people like the t-bar. Mowers with the pistol grips will be on the cheaper mowers but I seems to get my hands hit on trees sometimes if I'm not careful.
