Spiraling whitefly

Has anyone noticed that these insects are spreading around south Florida? I brought in Encarsia wasps to eliminate ficus whitefly from my yard, and it seems that the spiraling whitefly has not hit my gumbo limbos, bananas or bucida. However, I have seen damage in nearby yards. Is this pest still spreading or being controlled?
