What kind of home sits on a 300 sq ft lot? Most homes I mow are around 1200-1800 sq ft with an acre or too. My fastest yard takes 16 minutes to mow, trim, edge, and blow solo. And its smaller than a postage stamp.

well im talking turf only not the whole lot. its just a front yard 8ft-20ft and a boulevard like 8ft by 6ft and a strip on the other side of the driveway.

Agreed! Shout out for Canton Ohio.....

Please post some pics of your lawns. No way can it be done. You have atleast 2 minutes loading/unloading. How do you have time to do the job right. I mean are they all on the same street one after another. Please explain.

We have a few small ones about that size but they have back yards.

North canton, but i service from 800 south to cuyahoga falls. Do you buy form John Deere in Hartville? What do you run?

mostly hartville uniontown and green. id like to shift my focus toward north canton though (little more populated up north).
