What kind of home sits on a 300 sq ft lot? Most homes I mow are around 1200-1800 sq ft with an acre or too. My fastest yard takes 16 minutes to mow, trim, edge, and blow solo. And its smaller than a postage stamp.

well im talking turf only not the whole lot. its just a front yard 8ft-20ft and a boulevard like 8ft by 6ft and a strip on the other side of the driveway.
