down here in fl, im doin one time cuts for 20 bucks and monthly cut 4 times for 60 !

and people are still cutting cheaper

WOW!!! Thats a tough market. Most of my lawns are about 1/2 an acre to 1 acre and range from $44-$67 weekly. I have a couple higher and lower but like to average $60 an hour to cover all overhead.

these are 0.25 acre lot with a helper i can get one done mow edge weed eat blow in 11 mins, i have a yard that is 2 1/2 acres i get 300 a month for i have a couple of them

That makes sense. I dont feel so bad for you now if you can get these done in 11 mins. Its a volume game with those lots!!
