don't forget first aid kit and bee/wasp spray - especially this time of year, and a tire repair and fix-a-flat kit. Extra pulleys and belts for the mowers if you have them.

First aid kits and tools are great, i learned this spring to carry a fire extinguisher, only after my walker mower caught fire and burned to a crisp |

ya, it's those little things you never think of that always come in handy. Season is going great for me, sure glad to see some rain though - had to cut one guy back to part time for awhile.

is it just me or has the crab grass gotten out of control this year, it seems like we're dealing with a different type too, it's growing really fast and really tall.

Yes, I definitely noticed that too!! I am getting lots of calls to try to control it - all that hot dry weather we had and now a little rain after lots of lawns have gone dormant. Just a recipe for CG disaster. =(
