havnt put up any pics recent, here is a gov funded place i do. Its aprox 60 acres, we bang it out with edging in 2.5 hrs. there is grass on the walks because we diddnt blow that section off yet

also I love your work and trucks Im not a ford guy but good for you ... haha I read this thread and it seems it would make the masses happy if you sell your trucks and get a 1995 ranger or something

Your striping will improve instantly if you hold a straighter line and think about your stripes before you make them...for instance on that car dealership you should have went around once or twice and then only have straight lines after that. Down by where you turn around, you can see you weren't keeping it straight lined. That stander should lay nice stripes on that grass, just keep it a little cleaner (and dont turn around on the concrete). Stripers are a waste of money. All good mowers come with a factory installed piece of rubber flap that will stripe just as good and not lay the grass down near as much. Get yourself like 2 or 3 main stripe patterns and always cut those patterns, alternating weekly and you will have stripes.

Thanks, next year or two i plan on buying a chevy c4500/5500 kodiak crew cab with a 12ft dump
