Grow 2011 Audio CD - Is it worth it?

I was just wondering if anyone that attended the Grow 2011 Seminar thinks that the audio CD would be worth it? I am sure going to the seminar would be worth it. I'm just not sure if I could get enough information out of a audio cd.
