Finding more bank and reo
I have been doing bank and reo properties now for about 9 years, and I am looking to expand and add more to my portfolio. I have enough equipment to run 2 crews and handle a work load of around 200 or more lawns per 5 day period. Does anyone know where to go to contact companies that are direct with the companies that distribute these yards??
Last year I averaged 110 yards per cycle with just myself and a helper. I would like to double that work! Any suggestions from anyone?? I cover central Indiana!!
