if it's a septic tank, and it's the out flow to the field, there's no baffle to keep the solids out, if it's the in flow pipe, no tee with a pipe down to the bottom minus 4" and a pipe to the top minus 1".
If it's not a septic tank, then it's BP"s fault. |
