changing tire

I have a Bobcat WB that I need to change the tire on. I took off the c shaped ring and the two washers. It won't budge. Am I missing something. Yes it is jacked up.

Is the wheel bearing greasable? If not your bearings could be seized to the axle shaft. Start soaking in penetrating oil of some kind and maybe get lucky.

Also dont forget to move the pulley cleaner out of the way so the wheel pulley(s) can get past. Also make sure you dont have the brake engaged otherwise it will be tough to move. I usually just take the brake linkage off when doing a tire. That way I can lock the handles so the belt is very loose and the brake is totally disengaged.
